Working Programs

Mode 1:

Counter-clockwise winding 20 minutes rest 40 minutes; Clockwise winding 20 minutes rest 40 minutes, Repeats above cycle.

Mode 2:

Turn off

Mode 3:

Clockwise winding 15 seconds, counter-clockwise winding 15 seconds, repeats continuously for 20 minutes and then rests for 40 minutes.After 40 minutes, it will begin rotating above cycle.

Operation

Step1: Load your watch in the pillow.

Step2: Plug in the adapter and turn on the power.

Step3: Select programs by program knob switch.
